This may indicate the company is already multi-cloud, planning to be, or simply listing desirable skills. The answer determines the scope of Layer 09 (Infrastructure) and may require revising DEC-001 (Azure as sole cloud platform).
This must be clarified with the CTO before Layer 09 is written. Until resolved, no AWS infrastructure should be added.
